Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.acudo.fr operated by VITALITE SHIATSU AT HOME.

Article 2 - Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC). VITALITE SHIATSU AT HOME reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Article 3 - Order

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms of sale. Confirming your order means acceptance of these terms.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made at the time of the order by bank card or any other payment method offered on the site.

Article 5 - Delivery

Delivery times are indicated at the time of the order. VITALITE SHIATSU AT HOME commits to respecting these times as far as possible.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 full days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Article 7 - Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 8 - Liability

VITALITE SHIATSU AT HOME cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the buyer’s equipment when accessing the site.
