What is ACU-DO?

“From Shiatsu to ACU-DO: extend your well-being with a gentle, self-practice.”

ACU-DO is a wellness method inspired by Shiatsu, derived from Do-In, combining self-massage, mindful movements, and breathing in a natural, unaided approach.

Acu” refers to acupuncture points, and “Do” means “the way,” directly linked to Do-In, a Japanese practice of energy self-stimulation.
ACU-DO is based on manual stimulation, without needles and without electrical assistance, using natural pressure and mobilizations along the meridians.

Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this practice promotes the flow of vital energy (ki), helps to release tension, and relieve everyday discomforts and pain (stress, hard work, repetitive movements, sedentary lifestyle, sports activity).
