Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned products must be:

• In their original packaging
• In perfect condition, unused
• Accompanied by all accessories and manuals
• Returned within 14 days after receipt

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at contact.vsah@acu-do.fr to inform us of your wish to return
2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. Send the product back to the indicated address
4. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the return

Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

Refund

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order. Initial shipping costs are not refunded (except in case of defective products).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change a product, you must return it and then place a new order.

Defective Products

In case of a defective product, contact us immediately. We will cover the return costs and proceed with a replacement or refund.
