How does ACU-DO work?
The ACU-DO system is based on a simple principle of massage by beads integrated into technical fabric.
All beads have the same massage function.
White beads
The white beads serve as markers to correctly position the sleeve.
Black beads
The black beads automatically position themselves once the product is properly installed.
Color code
The pre-drilled holes allow repositioning the beads in the same place if replaced.

- Choose the ACU-DO Right Arm Sleeve
- Put on the sleeve and place the white beads on the indicated markers (instructions)
- The black beads position themselves automatically
- Let the technical compressive knit work during your activities or rest moments
- To enhance the sensation, apply progressive pressure for at least 10 seconds on each area
It is recommended to perform 3 passes per area for an optimal experience.
