How does ACU-DO work?
The ACU-DO system uses massage beads integrated into an ergonomic technical fabric.
All the beads have the same function of acupressure massage.
White beads
The white beads serve as markers to correctly position the bracelet.
Black beads
The black beads position themselves automatically once the bracelet is properly installed.
Color code
The pre-drilled holes allow repositioning the beads in the same place if replaced.
ACU-DO usage
- Choose the Ankle brace ACU-DO Left Ankle
- Put on the Ankle brace and place the white beads on the indicated markers (instructions)
- The black beads position themselves automatically
- Let the technical compressive knit work during your activities or rest moments
- To enhance the sensation, apply progressive pressure for at least 10 seconds on each area
It is recommended to perform 3 passes per area for an optimal experience.
